Cardio is a term used for the circulatory system which includes the heart and blood vessels. Cardiovascular health relates to the heart and blood vessels. You should work your heart out for at least 30 minutes. Working your heart out will keep your heart healthy and lower your risk of heart disease.
Three activities you can do to workout your heart are running, swimming, or cycling. There are many other things you can do to keep your heart healthy. Eating healthy also contributes to having a healthy heart. Even walking can keep your heart in perfect shape.To help my heart, I can start exercising and eating better.
Eating junk food won't do any good to my heart. By exercising and eating right I can live a much healthier life. Over the summer I'm gonna try and make an effort to exercise and eat better than I do. It's gonna be hard since I'm lazy, but I'm willing to do it if it means a better and healthier life.
